Responsibilities

• •Owned quality assurance activities across the platform, from ticket review to release validation
• •Identified bugs, edge cases, and inconsistencies, creating clear and actionable Jira tickets
• •Planned improvements and enhancements based on platform usage and operator feedback
• •Wrote detailed test case scenarios in Confluence and implemented E2E tests using Cypress
• •Worked closely with Help Desk operators to analyze real contract flows and pain points
• •Contributed to frontend development by fixing bugs and enhancing Angular components when needed
